The Service offers various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload it.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Exit OSx and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may delete Your Content after a 30-day grace period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
